RISE AND GRIND
Do you know that hardship on its own does not have to be a bad thing. If you know how to make the best use of adversity you can make it a useful tool for you. Here’s how it works. The first step is for you to make a plan on how to achieve your goals. This is where you rise from. You rise by making a plan that has details of how you plan to achieve your goal. But, how do you grind? You grind by finding beauty in chaos. Irrespective of what happens, make sure you keep swimming. There will be times of failure. Your plans may not work (They will not always work). But, the secret is for you to keep trying even when you fail. You may not understand what works now, but, if you keep grinding, with time, you will understand what works and you will be able to differentiate what works from what does not work.
This next secret will catch your attention.
COMMIT TO YOUR PURPOSE.
Between you and I, tell me in the comment section, how many alternative plans do you have? A plan B, plan C, plan D… plan Z!!! Stick with me here. This is where you should give your full attention. It is a good idea to have backups, in case a segment of the plan you propose does not go the way you plan. But, do you know you can miss an important part? It is reasonable for you to have a strategy to fall back on when your plans don’t go as you suppose, but the actual trick is for you to have multiple strategies, not numerous plans. In four statements, be famous for something. Don’t be a jack of all trade. This is the question you need to ask yourself. What do you really want out of life? Once you know what you want, learn every aspect of what you want. You can have an idea of everything, but be a pro at something. So, stay sharp. Keep your focus and hit your goal.
The next secret? You don’t want to miss the next part.
BE DIFFERENT AND FUNNY.
Do you know the two quickest way to break the chain of poverty? First, in a world where everyone is the same, be different. In a community where people are too serious, be funny. 😄. Here’s the interesting part. You create a difference by loving whatever you do. You see, love is the most powerful force on earth and it still makes the difference in your profession too. Loving what you do with passion gives you an edge over others. I am sure you will agree with me that passion gives what you do its own style and fragrance. Love what you do, practice it, preach it and live it. The better you do this, the more others will buy into you idea. Sell what you love doing and be funny with it. You don’t have to subscribe to other people’s definition of fun. Find out the different thing that makes you happy, be different with it and catch your fun.
Don’t scroll through. There is more.
How many times do you hear people telling you to be tough? Let me put it this way, how many times do you hear people telling you that tough times never last, but tough people do? The saying is becoming a cliché, but it is a common for a reason. You know what? You need to be tough to bring out anything out of life. You may set goals, commit to it, be different with it, you may even be funny with it, but, if you don’t remain resilient in the face of challenges, you may not break the chain of poverty. Anytime you consider the many challenges that will come your way, you can not afford to be nonchalant to challenges. If a challenge presents what you don’t know to you, evolve, learn what you don’t know. If a place is not comfortable for you, move. You are not a tree. Irrespective of what you face, decide not to give up till you win. Winning is a decision. Your decision.
And on top of that…
BE THE CHANGE.
If you are able to do one thing without fear of failing, what will it be? Thinking? Now, can I blunt with you for a moment? Take some seconds to imagine how beautiful it will be for you to become all the change you want to see? How outstanding will it be for you to come out of the hard black coat you are putting on over your unique personality? What is holding you back from becoming the best version of yourself? Money? There is no poverty other than that of the mind. Fear? Only tough people last. Be tough. You don’t have to sit and wish for change you are not willing to invest in. Survive and thrive! Be the best you can be. Listen to this. Don’t just live. Live your best life. Don’t look back. Go out of your way. Keep the hope alive and be the change you want to see in the world.
And, here’s the bottom line.
Poverty does not have to be that you don’t money. Poverty is a mindset. You may lack, but tragedy is not always a bad thing. What you lack may not always be money. The tragedy may be that you lack the skills you need to achieve your goal, you may have the funds, but lack the qualifications. Whatever it is you see as poverty, it exists in your mind. The world is waiting for your manifestation.
So, what are you waiting for?
